Lewis Barbecue Inc. was formed in late 2007 after its founders, Lewis and Norma Hayward, discovered that their products were becoming ever increasingly popular. Starting from their home they first supplied their products during family functions. Now, they sell products to local shops, schools, and community charity organizations.
